This is my 3rd CPAP machine in 12 years. This is by far the best one I have ever had! It is SO quiet I cant believe it. The only moving air you hear is if the air from your mask hits a pillow or sheet. There is a 3 part video on YouTube that will give you all the information you would ever need to set it up just the way you want it. The humidifier water chamber is great. It has a large opening that makes it very easy to fill and clean.

I use this at an outpatient clinic where I work. The pulse and oxygen saturation are accurate when compared with the pulse oximeters in the clinic. the ones we currently use are bulky and beep loudly, so I was pleasantly surprised that the accuracy of this pulse oximeter checked out okay. I use it on about 30 patients per day, it's held up to cleaning with disinfectant wipes. Worth every penny in my opinion, it was a great buy!

This air purifier works very well. It cleans up particulars in the air such as dust and pollen and makes the air in the room more healthy and fresh. I think it may help people with sensitive skin and allergy.
